2026 Q1 Roadmap

As we begin a new year, we're excited to announce a number of new features coming soon to our platform!

  1. CYPHER Agent for Learners new tools - We'll be adding new AI tools for learner use as part of CYPHER Agent for Learners this quarter - stay tuned for updates as these roll out!
  2. Web conferencing configuration by organization - For customers using our organizations feature, new capabilities will be available to use different configuration settings or accounts for each organization.
  3. Payment gateway configuration by organization  - Similarly to Web conferencing, customers using both our e-Commerce functionality and organizations feature will be able to set up different payment gateway configurations by organization.
  4. Offline access for CYPHER Learning mobile app - New functionality will be added to our mobile app to enable offline access to select resources for times when connectivity is unavailable.
  5. Manager approval for enrollments - New capabilities for a manager (or administrator) to approve a learner's enrollment in a course will be available.
  6. Authorize.net enhancements - Our integration with Authorize.net will be updated to support new capabilities from Authorize.net, including support for subscription payments.
