Introduce an alternative WYSIWYG editor.
We are planning to migrate our community platform to Cypher but the WYSIWYG editor has too many options and gives too much control to our users. We are looking for a slick and aesthetic display of posts on the NEWS FEED and in the FORUM and as such, this amount of control for our users will make it difficult to create a neat uniform look.
The WYSIWYG in this support system of ZOHODESK is much more concise and will be easier for our members to use.
