The Cypher system was sold to us as if it were set up for a LMS in a manufacturing setting, but lacks a lot of usability this kind of setting requires.  You have recently added checkboxes for learners to acknowledge that they have received training--but no way to run reports on who has acknowledged what.  

I would be so fantastic to have the capability to run a report noting who has acknowledged what, or even better-- a form style dashboard for acknowledgements that could include a signature (digital is fine)

The whole point of an acknowledgment is to see who has agreed, and I currently have to do this one learner at a time.
