We need to be able to quickly navigate and act.  Please add all of the functions to the three dot more menu that appears at the end of a person's name row when the three dots are available.  It is inefficient to click on the name to get more functions, then need to navigate back.  Additionally, please set all links to default to NEW tab so we do bot lose the main screen.  The example below is from the student list in a course.  I need to login as this student, AND I also need to message this person.  Both (and more) need to be on the three dots.
