From time to time, some additional info may be desired to alert students about a page/activity.  Some examples: Optional activity, requires completion in a single sitting, informational only, video contains sensitive language, etc. 

In my specific case, my embedded iframe will NOT fully display, so I would want to alert students about the need to scroll as shown below.
