Our courses have pre recorded videos. This past week we've been experiencing a high volume of error codes we believe is related to JWPlayer. We would like to recommend a way to embed a troubleshooter/suggested tips if there is an error with the video rather than the user having to call our service team.
Also sometimes we have content such as a quiz or assignment that doesn't load. This would be useful for that as well.
