We have an integration between matrix LMS and Salesforce, and we would like to see the ability to filter for abandoned orders. The built-in parameter such as abandoned_at or an abandoned status field that tracks when an order was canceled/left incomplete. This will help synchronization between the two as we use Salesforce as our single source of truth, and makes it very difficult and time consuming to have to manually check in one system and cancel the order in the other.
