We are exploring trying to automate the process of deploying a form when students reach the age of 18.

Our ministry of education requires that when a student reaches an age of majority (18), they must sign a consent to release their educational records to their parents. 

Is there a way we can build an integration that a student will be sent a form based on their birthdate?
