Today, students alerted me that they were unable to access their courses.  When I logged in, I realized I had balances due to plan overages.

This needs to be prominently displayed as an alert on the Admin screen as BALANCE DUE, with or without the amount.  Some options:
BALANCE DUE BY xx/xx/xxxxx. 

PLEASE CHECK ACCOUNT BALANCE.

BALANCE DUE:  $xxxx.xx
