Create Reports that provide numerical data, not lists of students
I suggest adding the ability to create reports that provide numerical data not lists of students. It amazes me that a sophisticated LMS like Cypher Learning does not have this report capability.
I've spent over a month attempting to create a report that provides me with numerical data instead of individual student information, but I have been unsuccessful in doing so.
For example, every week I have to produce an updated report with the total number of registrations and completions for each of our U-Haul University School of Business (USB) courses (see attached 003 USB Course Registrations and Completions 10-19-20 -- 08-10-24.xlsx).
In order to create this report, I have to:
Create a weekly USB Course report (see attached 001 All USB courses report_v2-1994360.xlsx)
I have to count how many people registered/completed each course and add that number to the previous weeks' total (see attached 002 USB Weekly Increase Calculator 08-04-24 -- 08-10-24.xlsx). Since the registrations and completions for the week are the same, there is only one number in the "Increase" column.
I then have to copy the new Registration and Completions from the 002 weekly calculator into an updated 003 Course Registrations and Completion.xlsx. (My original/source document was a report I created in Skilljar before we migrated to Cypher. I've been adding weekly increases to it ever since.)
003 Course Registrations and Completion.xlsx is just one example of the type of numerical data report I would like to be able to generate in Cypher. We generated these types of reports in Skilljar for six years and in our previous LMS, ePath Learning, for 11 years.
