I was trying to create a customize report for the month of July to September 2024 to get the percentage of users who received completion certificate for the compliance courses uploaded during the month of July to September 2024. 

In custom report i've selected report on Compliance Courses, after selecting Name, LMS ID, Award from the column and selected type of Chart, the report turns out to be blank. I've deleted the previously made report and hoping you can help me with this one. 

I hope any one can help me find out how to gather the reports I need.
