FIX THE UPLOAD!!!!!!!!

Once again, I had 5 errors and now need to start a mapping process for 20 fields all over.

4 of the errors were due to duplicates.  1 was because I failed to remove the header row ... which NOT ONE OTHER SYSTEM requires.  Additionally, most systems will also map to a header row, capture names, and allow a point and click.  One could readily see that Matrix LAST NAME is or is not properly mapped to the CSV LAST NAME column.

There has not been ONE time that I have not had to upload files multiple times. 

HORRIBLE! I can not believe that I am the only one with issues with this.
