Ineffective compliance settings for a specific date or date period
I have an organisation that wants their employees to complete a particular module by the 31st December every year. They want everyone re-enrolled 60 days before their compliance expires as that is when the business is quiet and employees have time for training. I have tried setting the 31/12/24 as the expiration date of compliance, but almost as soon as someone completes the module, they are re-enrolled and sent a message saying they need to complete the module to remain compliant. I then tried setting it to 31/12 without a year. The same thing happened. Helpdesk advised that there is no work around.
If the system is unable to determine that someone has already completed a module once within a certain time period without re-enrolling them, there doesn't seem to be any point to this compliance setting. Please amend the settings so that someone can set a due date for a course to be completed by, but allowing for the course to actually be completed without triggering compliance actions.
