Match inactivity countdown action to start date of a program
We encountered an issue with enrollment for our program that I wanted to see about getting a fix for the future.
We set our enrollment inactivity (Number of days of not visiting the program before student is considered inactive) to 9 days.
We enrolled our students early because of our office being closed for the holidays.
Our students received the custom notification we set up corresponding to enrollment inactivity - even though their program had not yet begun and we hadn't given access to the site yet.
Can the inactivity countdown begin only AFTER the course/program start date?
The way it is now, we can't really plan ahead by enrolling students early. We're tied to a 9-day window so that students don't get our automated "we miss you messages" OR we have to remember to change the inactivity countdown before the term and then change it back once the term begins.
