Matrix Must Report on Email Delivery
Matrix requires user to enter and confirm their e-mail address at account creation. However, there could be multiple issues with delivery including undeliverable (e.g. typo in domain, mailbox full) or bounce (e.g. user unknown/typo in name, e-mail flagged as spam) etc.
Administrators should be able to see a list of e-mails that Matrix LMS has sent and the delivery status. We should be able to identify bounces that means our users are not receiving system-sent e-mails.
Consider also, did the system send the e-mail to Learner warning of deactivation? When?
This reporting is critical to good system operation and the current state of working blind with no ability to support users is not sustainable.
