More easily organizable categories

It would be wonderful to have the easy slide categories to organize how data is shown for the "info" in user accounts.

Currently Admin>Accounts>Fields> then you must select the "name" and individually choose the "up" and "down" one at a time to organize your data.  It would be significantly preferred to use the "three line" sliders you have in the rest of the system to easily move the display categories
