We regularly email reports to other stakeholders. With the 24 hour expiration time period, running reports on the 1st is impractical for months in which the 1st falls on a weekend. Using the "weekly" recurrence set to "every 4 weeks" is also less than ideal because sometimes a particular month will span 5 weeks.
