Need to Define Reply-To Emails for System-Generated Notifications
Currently system-generated e-mails such as:
- "You have been invited..."
- "You are now enrolled..."
include a standard footer message "This is just a notification, so you cannot reply to it."
However, our Matrix LMS instance has the correct e-mail (support team) configured as reply-to for the "You are now enrolled..." notification but a no-reply@domain e-mail configured as reply-to for "You have been invited..." notification.
Given Matrix already has the capability to use a desired reply-to e-mail address for 1 system notification, it should be able to do this for all system-generated e-mails.
This functionality will put the Learners first, facilitating a good experience for Learners and streamline the Administrators efforts to support when things go wrong for the Learner.
