Shared Lesson Ownership / Cross-Account Access to Lessons
Currently, all lessons created within courses are automatically saved to the creator's Personal Library, with no ability to move them to the Business Library or share them with teammates. This creates several significant challenges:
- No collaboration: Team members can't co-manage or reuse lessons unless they copy the entire course.
- Duplication overload: The workaround of duplicating full courses just to access a lesson results in unnecessary duplicates and a cluttered library.
- Offboarding risk: If the user who created the lesson leaves the organization, no one else can access or update that content — which puts business continuity at risk.
It would be incredibly helpful to allow:
- Lessons to be saved or reassigned to the Business Library.
- Admins or selected users to access and reuse lessons across accounts.
- The option to define a default save location (Personal or Business) when uploading or creating new lessons.
