When an Admin or Instructor is enrolling a User/Student into an in person session with a Max Active User limit, there's nothing that tells the Admin or Instructor that they are going over the limit when enrolling a user.  

There really should be a warning of some sort that tells the Admin/Instructor that they are going over the max seats limit.  Or, at least a automation that tells the Instructor/Teacher, so they can take action.
