Option for Dark Mode as Org Default
It would be great to have the option to set Dark Mode as the system default with users having the option to return to choose light mode. This was suggested by many students in the past few months who said the dark mode was far easier on the eyes.
Tagging
I would like to suggest better automated Tagging features to help segment students. Options included 1. Timer (after enrolment) - X amount of days enrolled in class 2. Time spent (in class)- X time 3. Completion % - X % completed
Merge Student Records
If there isn't a way to merge student records, I'd like to suggest a feature request to do so. We had this capability in our old LMS and used it frequently. We often have employees who leave the company and become employees of one of our dealer affiliates.
Transfer to another course from Waitlist in a course
It would be valuable to be able to perform a transfer from one course to another for people on waitlists. It would not be uncommon for a student to agree to be moved to a new section or a new course if they cannot be added to the course for which they
On-the-job Observation Checklists
On-the-job (OTJ) training or competency checklists would be incredibly valuable as a way to assess competencies outside of the LMS, especially for performance management, regulatory compliance, and those in healthcare or other applied sectors.
Customizing the Purchase Notification
It would be valuable to have the ability to customize the purchase notification that goes out to the admin. Adding fields like what was purchased and the customer information would make the processing for the sales team much more efficient.
Policy Documents
Make it possible to add course specific policy documents. We have some classes (ENGL) that have more strict policies re: AI use and we would like to have required policy documents for these classes.
Duplicate/Copy-Paste Sections
There should be a precise way to duplicate any unit or section instead of searching it in the Library list. As you can see in the above picture we need to drag down the Library list to simply duplicate a section.
