Quizzes have this feature, but surveys do not.

When building a quiz, I can enable the html editor per question. When doing so, you can then enable an html response box or not. When enabled, student are able to use the html editor to respond AND copy and paste responses into the quiz question response field.

The ability to copy and paste is not currently possible in surveys.

Students have found this very frustrating when they have to re-type their bio, websites, and other responses for surveys and it has repeatedly been requested as a fix.

The fact that surveys and quizzes are both assessment types and one has this option and the other doesn't is incredibly frustrating as a user/course creator.
