Issue: There is limited visibility into user activity, making it difficult to audit or troubleshoot actions taken by admins and instructors within courses and the admin panel.

Possible Solution: Would be nice to have accesses for activity logs of users (admins and instructors) in the course and admin panel (similar to what we used to have in TalentLMS)
