There's a password reset option on the login but no way for a learner to remember their member ID if they've forgotten it. I've confirmed with your support team that neither the old nor the new UI have this option. Each term, many learners contact us saying that they've forgotten their member ID. We know we can get that for them in their accounts but it seems odd to not have a self-service option for that in this day and age since most modern websites have that option. Please add this to your roadmap and add the option as soon as possible. Thanks! Sarah
