Due to certain business rules, having Cypher Agent only pull suggestions and AI results from Organizations rather than externally to ensure higher level of accuracy is highly reccomended.  If Cypher does not share Organizational data with other customers, then it should be able to restrict from within - even if just from a course perpective.  Agents should be able to search resources or ask questions and only receive from loaded data rather than having to access a full resource list to find a document.
