When students review their assignments, the "Grades" and "Rate" options do appear, but the latter only includes assignments submitted by students. There should also be an option for those who didn't submit the assignment; otherwise, students have to click on "Grades" and then search the list for each missing student. This becomes even more cumbersome when using a rubric, as the grading scale appears on screen and must be closed for each individual assignment.
