We need flexibility to automate the unenrollment of a user from a course.  Currently all unenrollment must be managed manually.   If we are creating other rules based off of enrollment or not but the only way to unenroll a user is manually this creates a lot of manual work.

We would like unenrollment activities based on events such as:

- time based unenrollment (date or number of days)

- completion event
