Is it possible to send the certificate as a PDF attachment via email?

Currently, our client's setup automatically archives learner accounts once they complete their course. However, the issue is that if learners want to access their award certificate, they need to log in to the site. Since their accounts have already been archived, they are no longer able to access the site to download their certificates.

Because of this, it would be beneficial if the PDF certificate could be automatically sent to learners via email upon course completion.
