Certificate Release Conditions
A wider range of conditions for the release of a certificate would be most helpful. For example, you can set required sections and modules within a course but not at the certificate level. The certificate is released if you set a threshold grade. Some other conditions of release for consideration are as follows:
When learners meet one or more of the following conditions:
Completion-Based Conditions
• Completed content topic: Learner must view or complete a specific content item.
• Completed module or submodule: Entire sections of content must be completed.
Assessment-Based Conditions
• Quiz attempt or score: Learner must attempt or achieve a minimum score on a quiz.
• Assignment submission or grade: Learner must submit an assignment or receive a specific grade.
• Survey completion: Learner must complete a survey.
