It would be very helpful if the system allowed administrators to create automatic notifications specifically for the manager or supervisor of each user. Currently, while notifications can be sent to users, there is no option to target only their direct manager. If managers are added, notifications are forwarded to all managers, including those not relevant to the user.

This feature is especially important because many trainings are completed by employees from different departments, and supervisors/managers need timely notifications about upcoming due trainings (Specially external trainings) in order to arrange them in advance.
