The selection to disable edit profile should be editable for which type of accounts.

We disabled edit profile as we did not want students editing important information we need for our records, just to find out that it disables for teachers too.

it states that admins can still edit, however when I needed to add a bio for a teacher, I could not due to the disable edit feature.
