Enable individual events to be editied independently when they've initially been set up as recurring calendar events within a course

Most LMSes allow you to make a recurring event on the calendar of a course and then edit the events individually. This doesn't seem possible in Cypher as I've made a recurring calendar event and am not able to edit it or its description tab/HTML without those edits getting applied to all of the events in the series.
