Import Documentation - Knowledge Base

I'm an onboarder for CYPHER and frequently refer our new clients to the knowledge base. Thank you for all your work on updating this!
Recently, I've had a lot of questions around imports and have a few suggestions for the documentation.

1. On the File resources: https://cypherlearning.zohodesk.com/portal/en/kb/articles/administrators-import#Importing_file_resources, the example you have at the bottom doesn't work:
The following example is from a manifest.csv file for importing a file resource:
  • SCORM,File_name,Description,modules/scorm1.zip,English
  • Image,Image_name,Description,image1.jpg,English
SCORM when in all upper case, does not work. According to CYPHER Support, it should be "Scorm". I've tested and that capitalization works.
Also, "Image" should just be "file" as should any document like a PDF, Word, Excel, or PPT.

2. Would it be possible to outline what each Value parameter should be on the import screen? For example, what works as a Resource Type? I know "Scorm" and "file" work, but are there others? The URL should actually be the file name, which is not clear. The "name" should be the name of the resource - not the file name. And clarify that Student_access refers to the "enable learner to download resource." 

You've added those specific notes on other import KB pages, such as accounts, but it would be great if you could specify what all the import value fields could be. I had a client ask about the format for Time Zone, so they are all being used!
