Context:
We have recently implemented and customized Microsoft 365 Learning Pathways in SharePoint.
Learning Pathways is a free, customizable Microsoft solution offering on-demand training pages, videos, and tutorials for Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
We have tailored the content to our organization’s needs and would now like to centralize the experience within our LMS, Cypher.

Current Limitation:
At present, Cypher does not support embedding SharePoint-hosted Learning Pathways pages directly. This requires learners to leave the LMS environment to access the content, interrupting the learning flow.

Proposed Enhancement:
Enable iFrame-based content embedding for trusted external sources (such as Microsoft 365 Learning Pathways).
This would allow organizations to integrate Microsoft’s continuously updated learning content directly into Cypher, creating a seamless experience where learners can:

• Access and complete Microsoft 365 training without leaving the LMS

• Automatically view content in their preferred Microsoft 365 language

• Benefit from sustainable learning design, leveraging existing high-quality Microsoft resources rather than duplicating them

• Maintain engagement and continuity, with all learning activities centralized in Cypher

Impact:
This enhancement would make Cypher more interoperable with enterprise learning ecosystems and significantly improve learner experience for organizations using Microsoft 365 globally.
