Management of Multiple Organization & Sub-Organization for Existing Users

I think it would be very beneficial to make it possible for existing users to be management (admin/manager/supervisor) of mutiple organizations at once. For example if you had the default organzation with A, B & C sub-organizations, you'd be able to assign someone management of both A & B, excluding C and not giving permissions to the default organization as a whole.
