Mobile view options

When we view a class on a mobile device such as an iPhone or tablet, the class info sections are default to view as collapsed. Is there a way to set the sections (About, Videos, Certificates) to be expanded so the viewer of the page can see what the details of the class are??

We really need those sections to be set by default to view as expanded.
