Our catalog of courses is exceeding long, and our trainers have a hard time getting to courses taught regularly.  It would be lovely if instructors/admin/users could cultivate their own dashboard tiles and customize things they use with frequency.  My team of trainers often find themselves frustrated when repeatedly accessing courses or functions they use regularly.
