New features added this week
- Cascading portal settings for organizations
- A new feature has been launched that allows administrators to copy a parent organization portal’s settings, and cascade them to child organizations. Parent organizations have a new Sub-organization section on the Admin > Portal page, where administrators can select the Apply these settings to all sub-organizations of this organization checkbox. Selecting this checkbox applies the parent organization’s portal settings - including URL, SSO, visitor portal settings, and portal footer - to all of its children organizations. This new feature helps large businesses and educational institutions quickly create and update sub-organizations.

Behind the scenes
- Manager reports for courses outside their sub-organization: Fixed an issue that prevented managers from running reports on users enrolled in courses outside their sub-organization.
- Account creation issue: Fixed an issue on US-based sites where account creation failed if the Country field was hidden, because the State field did not display.
