New features added this week

1. New assessment permissions
   
1. New course-level permissions have been added to the Permissions grid, giving administrators more flexibility to customize role responsibilities within individual courses. The following permissions can now be enabled by role at the course level:
   
1. View assessments
   
2. Give (or ungive) assessments for learners
   
3. Hide (or unhide) assessments
   
4. Edit assessment start and end dates
   
5. Manage assessment proctors
   
2. By default, these permissions are enabled and editable for Administrators, Course instructors, and Course co-instructors. The permissions are disabled by default, but can be enabled for Course TAs. The permissions are locked for Content administrators and monitors.

Behind the scenes

1. Catalog currency display: Resolved an issue that impacted the displayed currency in the course catalog. The configured currency now displays in the catalog as expected.
   
2. Accessibility updates: 
   
1. Added visible focus to the Select language pop-up to improve visibility.
   
2. Added aria-labels to the Add action and Add file pop-ups to assist screen readers.
   
3. Added keyboard navigation to each date in the calendar to expand functionality for keyboard only users.
