Currently, score rules allows a module to be unlocked for a learner after a certain time period, there is not the option to unlock the actual assessment. 

Our use case is the following: a learner has three attempts to pass the assessment with a minimum score of 80%. If they do not pass within those three attempts, the assessment should remain locked for 30 days and then automatically unlock to allow a retake. Within the thirty days, additional aids, hands on instruction are given to the learner.
