Issue: Automated system emails are sent without configurable timing rules, which can result in emails being delivered on weekends or outside preferred business hours. There is no option to control the timezone or exact send time for automated system emails, which can cause messages to be delivered at inconvenient or inappropriate times.

Possible Solution:
- Ability to set certain parameters for when system emails are sent (to exclude weekends etc)
- Ability to set the timezone and exact time sent for automated emails (deactivation emails etc)
