Shared Ticket Access Across Teams

We have learned that our beta access to a shared ticketing feature in Zoho has been pulled. We would like to see Cypher uplevel their helpdesk functionality to enable shared tickets across teams. This would enable clearer communication on tickets that impact multiple team members/departments. Having tickets siloed by individual users makes it challenging for our team to support each other.
