Feature Request: Archived Course Visibility on Learner Profiles

I am requesting the addition of a dedicated tab on each learner’s profile that displays courses the learner was previously enrolled in but have since been archived.

As an administrator, I need access to a learner’s complete history within our program in order to accurately support learners, verify participation, and maintain compliance records. Currently, once a course is archived, it disappears entirely from the learner’s profile. This creates a significant gap in visibility and makes it impossible to view a learner’s full learning history in one place.

At present, the only workaround is to manually navigate through archived courses and attempt to determine whether a specific learner was enrolled. This process is extremely time-consuming, inefficient, and prone to error, resulting in missed information and inconsistent records.

This enhancement would greatly improve administrative efficiency and data integrity while maintaining the benefits of course archiving. Thank you for considering this request.
