Currently users can click the email tool / new message and in the To field they can enter two letters.  All users in the organization with those two letters in their name will appear.

They can also go to the search field and type one letter and get a list of all users with that letter.

A user can easily do an enumeration of all letters in the alphabet to get a full list of all students.  

Can we have a feature that we can easily remove a student who requests not to be in the directory removed from the directory so they don't appear in the search bar or email tool for other users.

Ideally we can configure this so these students are visible to admins (or by configuration other roles).
