UI Grading Resize

Hi,

How do we resize the rubrics? Preivously, before the UI update, we were able to resize the right side of the grading rubrics, but now it does not allow us to do it.

I believe this is an important function and should be available again.

The current method (clicking on the score to view rubrics) takes a lot of time and dexterity specially when doing it on a small device like phones.
