Seating chart
Overview
Seatings charts is a feature that allows instructors to organize how learners are seated during the course. Before you start using seating charts, administrators have to make sure that the feature is installed via the App Center.
Adding seating charts
To add a seating chart first, enable this option from Admin/Configure/Tabs.
Then click on the Seating chart tab from the left bar. At first, the chart is empty. Click on Edit to start populating it.
The course learners are listed on the left side and the furniture on the right side. You can easily add learners and furniture to the chart using drag and drop.
Once you're happy with how learners are seated, you can save the chart by clicking Save from the upper right. If you hover over a tile it has an option to delete it. If you want to start again with an empty chart, click on Cancel.
If you hover over a learner, you will see their current score.
If you want to start again with an empty chart, click on Clear.
If you want to allow learners to see the seating chart, click the "Show to learners" button.
To hide the seating chart from learners, click "Hide from learners".
