The #1 reason we selected this LMS was its ability to support full branding (themes) for both our main organization and all sub-organizations. This was emphasized repeatedly during sales discussions and was a critical factor in our decision to adopt the platform.
We are a training company that works with dozens of partners and clients. Our entire marketing strategy around the LMS centers on offering a branded portal experience for each partner. This is essential to delivering a seamless customer journey. Our students come in from different companies and expect to see a portal that reflects their organization’s identity.
The new UI has completely removed this capability. We now have no meaningful control over brand presentation—just a limited selection of dark themes and a single customizable accent color. Unfortunately, our branded accent color clashes with the few options provided, making the platform look off-brand and unprofessional. Why remove such a critical function? If anything, you should have improved upon the theme customization capabilities.
To even attempt to recreate the level of branding we had before, we are now expected to write and apply custom CSS—adding both cost and complexity. Most LMS administrators in 2025 are instructional designers or training managers, not front-end developers. Branding should not require coding expertise.
This change is a serious step backward. Please restore the full custom theme capabilities to change all colors and to create multiple custom themes.
