For large facilities that have multiple trainers or instructors, it would be very helpful to see who is "completing" learners for particular objectives.  The lack of audit trail could prove to be a problem if there is no traceability or accountability.  How do I find and retrain people who may not have gotten proper information?  How do I find the top performers and find trends with the training if I can't follow the path back?
