When users setup their account we need the ability to specific certain fields that are available or not available based on the organization they are creating the account from.  For example, In our case when the user creates an account in a specific organization we need need them to select the school or university they attend so we can automate their assignment to a group but that selection and group assignment doesn't happen in all the organizations.
