Cypher should consider adding a single Course Structure Build API that can create an entire course hierarchy from one structured payload.

For example, the API could create the course template, modules, sections, SCORM placeholders, knowledge checks, durations, sequencing, completion rules, and metadata in one request.

This would allow organizations to generate standardized courses at scale without manually building each module and section in the interface. It would be especially useful for teams using repeatable instructional models, SCORM-based content, or large catalogs where every course follows a consistent structure.

POST /course_templates/build

Example capability:

Create course → create modules → create sections/SCOs → define type → set duration → attach or reserve SCORM package slots → set completion rules.

This would make Cypher much stronger for enterprise course production, migration projects, and structured certificate programs.
